Our private serviced offices are fully enclosed and lockable, providing secure, dedicated workspaces for individuals or teams. These private offices range from single desks to suites for up to 20 people. Adjacent offices can also be taken together for larger teams.
Each private office space is designed to maximise natural light, with easy-to-adjust blackout options. High acoustic insulation ensures privacy and security, while modern interiors and advanced lighting minimise eye strain. Individual heating and cooling systems allow for complete in-room climate control, and motion sensors reduce energy waste.
Our private suites have their own kitchen and meeting facilities, while all our private offices have convenient access to shared facilities. All our private office spaces are access-controlled & monitored by CCTV, and come with video intercom.
For those needing to meet international data security standards, our largest suite has its own standalone CCTV monitored IT infrastructure.
