Meeting Rooms in Oxford
Our enclosed, private meeting rooms near central Oxford are thoughtfully designed to facilitate face-to-face and hybrid meetings.
Each meeting room can accommodate up to 12 people and is equipped with a large interactive whiteboard screen. They are fully air-conditioned and fitted with a filtered ventilation system delivering constant fresh air. They have excellent natural light, which can easily be blacked out for presentations.
Meeting Rooms for Hire
License fee: £40 + VAT per hour.
Includes presentation screens, whiteboards and refreshments.
Our rates include use of all Urbanoid facilities.
Office suites include dedicated kitchen & meeting spaces.

Our transparent, all-inclusive rates encourage easy use of all our facilities at no extra cost. This includes meeting rooms & lounges, on-site car parking, printing & scanning, unlimited refreshments and super-fast internet.
