What makes us different
Location
Our centres are centrally located in Osney Mead, with easy access by car, bike, and public transport. The M40 is just 15 minutes away by car, and we offer free on-site parking. Oxford’s main train station is a 10-minute walk, and we also provide secure cycle racks with CCTV. We’re also directly adjacent to nature reserves, parkland, and river walks.
Terms
We know that in some other business centres, unforeseen costs can become a challenge, so we keep our terms all-inclusive, straightforward and flexible. We only ask for a rolling monthly commitment for personal desks in our co-working studios, and a rolling quarterly commitment for our private office spaces. We are also happy with longer term commitments for those who prefer this.
Sustainability
Our purpose-built centres not only provide the highest quality working environment, but also integrate sustainable building design principles. These include on-site solar panels producing up to 40% of our total energy needs, highly insulated roofs and windows, energy-efficient filtered fresh air ventilation systems, and movement-activated lighting and AC systems.
